The goal of coaching is very simple: becoming more effective at your work. The person being coached sets the agenda, and the coach acts as a sounding board, providing feedback based on his or her observations, poses questions and looks for solutions as well as ways to implement the solutions in practice. From time to time, managers and professionals may discover that they need to reassess their current position and evaluate their preferences for further development. Career orientation can help structure this re-evaluation, and of course Field Fashion provides custom solutions. Career coaching always begins with an assessment by one of our partners. The results of this assessment are then used as the basis for agreements regarding the duration and intensity of the career orientation. An experienced coach will lead the career coaching process, which consists of at least four 1 1/2 hour sessions.
